“You”, “your” and “user” refer to anyone who accesses this website. Your use of VCM’s Website after any changes have been made to Terms of Use will constitute your agreement with the thus modified Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use from time to time to become familiar with the changes.
Please carefully read these Terms of Use and Disclaimer ("Terms of Use"). Your access to or use of this website (“VCM’s Website”, “the Website”) signifies that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by or comply with these Terms of Use, do not access or use this website

Any and all documents found on VCM’s Website or mailed to you (“Documents”) do not constitute an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to purchase an interest in partnerships managed by ValueSearch Capital Management, LLC (“VCM”), collectively “Partnerships” or “VCM Partnerships.” Any such offer or solicitation can be made solely by means of the Confidential Private Offering Memorandum (“Memorandum”) available to accredited investors from VCM either on VCM’s Website or by mail. Please refer to the Memorandum found in the Partnerships’ Agreements for a description of all terms.
Although all Documents have been prepared from public and private sources and data VCM believes to be reliable, VCM and its Partnerships make no representations as to its accuracy or completeness. The Partnerships will seek to achieve their investment objectives in accordance with the Investment Framework described in the Memorandum and other Documents, provided, however, there can be no assurance that such investment objectives will be achieved. No assurance can be given as to the returns that may be experienced by the Partnerships. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Entities like the Partnerships are considered highly speculative and involve a high degree of risk. The Partnerships may be leveraged and performance may be volatile. Investors can lose all or a substantial amount of their investment. There is no secondary market for interests in the Partnerships and none is expected to develop. The Partnerships’ fees and expenses may offset the investment profits. The market indices presented in the Documents provide a reference against the overall U.S. market and are not benchmarks or targets of the Partnerships.
