How to Become a Limited Partner

To become a limited partner, review please the documents listed below.

These documents describe the major terms and conditions of our partnerships and the steps that need to be taken by the partnerships and by an Observer to become a limited partner. Access to these documents is restricted to Observers and Partners.

First, you may want to review the Summary of Terms of our partnerships and make sure that the terms satisfy you.

Next, review ”How to Become a Partner” below and the documents referred to therein. These documents are available to you in your further research of VCM partnerships, in particular, the past memos and letters to the partners. They contain answers to questions often asked by Partners and Observers, and our guidance on our policy regarding expenses, requests from limited partners, and other administrative and interface matters. While these memos and letters are not binding legal documents, you will become familiar with the style and substance of our relationship with our partners.

Finally, ”How to Become a Partner” describes the necessary steps to becoming a partner, and the mechanics of signing the various partnership agreements involved.
